QUALITY POLICY

 

C-Plan Telecommunications Ltd based in West Lothian, Scotland is a privately owned Company that provides design and installation services to the telecommunications sector.

The established policy of C-PLANis to provide to its customer’s, products, and services, which are fit for their intended purpose and are delivered conforming with both the Customer and Company Quality Specifications, whilst maintaining customer satisfaction in a cost-effective manner.

To this end, management systems and procedures are applied to meet the quality goals of the Company and to satisfy the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 series promoting:

  • High levels of customer satisfaction,
  • Quality of product and service for all activities of the Company,
  • Requirements of the Company’s interested parties,
  • To deliver the business commitment,
  • Safe operation and protection of the reputationvalueand assets of the company,
  • Continual development of our business and internal processes.

The Directors of C-Plan Telecommunications Ltd commit to satisfying all applicable requirements relating to quality.

This policy provides the framework for setting our quality objectives. The Company’s quality objectives areset, reviewed,and approved by senior management via our annual (as a minimum) management review meetings.

The Directors of C-Plan Telecommunications Ltd will provide the necessary means to ensure that the quality management system can achieve continualimprovement.

The policy of C-Plan Telecommunications will be communicated to our employees and other interested parties (where applicable).

The Directors of C-Plan commit to reviewing this policy annually (as a minimum) during our management review meetings.
